Start your New Year the right way by popping along to The Sidings this Sunday.  This is the first market of 2016 and we have some fantastic foods available for you….. whether you are having a detox after Christmas or still treating yourself to the occasional sweet item, we have something suitable for you all. Grab a ‘healthy brownie’ from Themptation, a selection of breads from our Trader of the Year 2015 and a deliciously filling but healthy breakfast from Adrian Webb.

Chocolate Brownies can be healthy!!  Check out the raw vegan Brownie available from Themptation…. it is a blend of dried fruits, raw cacao powder, hemp seeds, hemp oil and a drop of coconut over the top to jazz it up – its nut free, vegan, raw, gluten free – pretty much totally allergen free! perfect for everyone.  So  if you’re planning on having a healthy start to the New Year…..you can still have your cake, and eat it!

Marias Tea Cakes

Savoury Tart

Maria is welcoming in the New Year and colder weather with some tasty homemade Butternut Squash soup. Delicious and healthy, you can either purchase some to take home and enjoy or to sit and enjoy at the market, served up with a nice chunk of fresh bread.  This is perfect for giving you a nice warming feeling for those chillier days!

Celtic Bakers

Come along and make a purchase from our ‘Trader of the Year 2015’ as voted by you!

They have a fantastic selection of sourdoughs, baguettes, breads and sweet treats available. Have you tried their Wheat ‘N’ Rye Sourdough? its a cracking blend of white flour mix with wholemeal flour and their rye starter gives this loaf a wholesome and delicate flavour. Perfect for tartines and sandwiches or equally tasty just on its own with butter.  Give some a try this Sunday!

Adrian Webb

Grab your breakfast at The Sidings whilst your having a browse around our fabulous foodie stalls. Adrian is serving up a truly scrumptious Gourmet Breakfast of salmon, scrambled eggs infused with truffle served alongside maple cured grilled bacon and petit handmade sausages.  There is also a selection of freshly made to order omelettes available, a great range of gourmet hot dogs and maple cured bacon baps.
