12TH JULY – WHAT’S ON AT THE SIDINGS?

The Sidings is looking forward to welcoming you this Sunday to the best part of the weekend. It’s business as usual at the market, with all of our traders bringing their finest delicacies for you to tuck into. So stroll over to The Sidings N21 and support your local farmers’ market.

Maria’s Tea Cakes have gone savoury!

Maria Cheeseless flan

The lovely Maria has been expanding her menu beyond her extremely popular sweet snacks and cakes. Maria is now catering to those of a savoury disposition,  her new menu includes a selection of salads and pastries and new to her stall this week is her cheese free flan.  It is a thin pastry filled with crème fraiche, eggs, Dijon mustard and lemon and then topped with a variety of different vegetables.  Perfect for those of you not keen on cheese or unable to eat it, you must try it because it’s absolutely delicious.

Alongside Maria’s gooey gluten free chocolate brownies, Guinness cake and apple sponge,  Maria is also bringing delicious fruit cakes, scrumptious banana loafs and juicy apricot tarts.  Make sure you give them a try.
