It has been made by the same family for three generations in Chinchom, Madrid and is a fantastic cooking Chorizo that’s full of authentic Spanish flavours!

porridge

Why not make sure your day starts off well by sitting down to a hempy twist on a British breakfast classic. A delicious, creamy, heathy and filling bowl of hemp porridge?  It is available every weekend and it comes in two fantastic flavours.  You can have the original hemp porridge which has a base of shelled hemp, flax seeds and poppy seeds mixed with British jumbo oats.  These combined make a great source of protein and fibre, that keeps you fuller for longer.  Or you could have the cranberry and goji variety, organic hemp porridge that has a base of shelled hemp, flax seeds and poppy seeds, tangy dried goji berries and cranberries mixed with British jumbo oats.  The berries in this one are packed with antioxidants!

Both of these porridges are made with oats, not wheat, and are NUT FREE, VEGAN & NO ADDED SUGAR!

Try adding their whole seeds to your porridge for an extra crunch!
