The Wild Meat Company made their debut to The Sidings N21 last week and everyone seemed to flock to their stall!  They stock a variety of sausages, salamis and jerky made from Red Deer, Roe Deer, Elk, Pork and Beef – some plain and others are infused with a variety of other tasty ingredients.  They also cook up a selection of sausages on their grill for you to ‘try’ before you buy!  With special deals, such great quality and an unusual product, you need to visit them this Sunday at The Sidings!

La Sambrosa Continental

Tony at La Sambrosa have a delicious new cheese this weekend called ‘Montagnolo Affine’.  This is a German cheese that is cross between a Brie and a Roquefort.  It’s a triple cream soft cheese that has been surface ripened and has blue veins throughout. Grab a taster this weekend, its creamily delicious! Tony has also started stocking some barbeque Spanish Chorizo, meaty and very tasty with a little bit of a kick! In the run up to Christmas, La Sambrosa Continental will have up to 200 different cheeses so keep an eye on his stall each week for what’s new!
