Daisy Bakes

Daisy Bakes

Lesley the creator of Daisy Bakes is relatively new to The Sidings N21. Lesley specialises in homemade continental and traditional biscuits, passionately baked containing fine ingredients, hard work and 100% real love!  Highly indulgent and extremely dunkable.  A variety of biscuits are available from a delicious crunchy Florentine to an oozing Nutella Sandwich Cookie, all are scrummy! Daisy Bakes also provide gluten free options.

The Biscuit Of The Week on 16th August will be Viennese whirls!

Hellenic Deli

Hellenic Deli always provide the best Greek produce.  Featuring on their stall at the moment is some delicious Feta Cheese.  This is made from a mix of unpasteurised Sheep and Goats milk, to create a gorgeous crumbly, creamy cheese ideal for a crisp green salad topped with one of their amazing olive oils.  They also have a fantastic cream made with honey so it has antiseptic properties, beeswax and olive oil.  Lavender and lime extracts are then added to create a fabulous cream that can be used on your hands, body and face.  This product has been tried and tested with amazing results so why not try for yourself!

Oak and Smoke

Oak and Smoke Fishcakes

Laura from Oak and Smoke has recently introduced a brand new product of Fishcakes to her stall.  These are made by Laura, by hand using smoked haddock and/or cod, with spring onion, potatoes, herbs and then covered in a Japanese breadcrumb.  All ready for you to take home and cook up for your tea!
