Celtic Bakers have a delicious range of breads available, all baked locally and bought fresh to The Sidings.  One of their best sellers is their spelt which is available in two different varieties, a plain oval loaf and one that’s seeded.  They are both low wheat, low gluten, yeast free and stone baked and they are more digestible than standard breads.  The 100% Spelt breads are a real treat from Celtic Bakers as they are very rare to find in supermarkets or other local shops so make sure you grab your loaf this weekend.

Oil and Vinegar have lots of delightful sauces, and accompaniments suitable for a variety of meals but this weekend they are promoting their  Chilli Olive Oil, Devils mustard and Chilli Garlic Sauce.  All unique in their own way but great to add a little heat or flavour to what could be a usually boring dish.

Devils Mustard – The spiciest of all their mustards! This ‘Devil’s Mustard’ owes its name to whole grain mustard seeds and the addition of cayenne pepper, sambal and spices. Devilishly good with cheese, sausage and spicy meatballs!

Olive Oil EV Chilli – Gives a strong and spicy flavour accent to pastas, antipasti, meat, fish and vegetable dishes. with Tuscan extra virgin olive oil, bits of chilli pepper and a natural chilli pepper aroma.

Olive Oil EV Garlic – Beautifully balanced garlic oil based on Italian extra virgin olive oil, small bits of garlic and of course a garlic aroma. Delicious on meat, fish or shellfish, marinades, soups and sauces.

So grab your Dads or any other man in your life and pop along to visit us at The Sidings this Sunday, you’ll all be treated to a friendly atmosphere, great entertainment and a very warm welcome!
