Elixirs of Life
David from Elixirs of Life will be promoting their new product, Aloe & Rose Hand & Body Lotion. It was voted ‘Winner’ in the ‘Janey Loves‘ New for 2015 Awards in February.

We have a fabulous addition to The Sidings this week with ‘Channel Fish’. Vicky and her team catch all of their produce from the Channel just off of the Sussex coast and everything is sustainable so you can rest assured that you are getting an excellent product. Below is a list of some of the fish Vicky is planning to have available this Sunday:-

Steve Jones from Cossack Cuisine will be making a reappearance at The Sidings this Sunday. He will be bringing with him his delicious pies that have a Russian twist. There’s a variety to choose from whether your’e a meat lover or a vegetarian….Steve caters for all. Bacon and black pudding or roasted vegetable medley all wrapped in mouthwatering brioche, ready for you to take home and enjoy. They also have a scrumptious honey cake which is a delectable delight so come on down to the market this week and stock up as Cossack Cuisine are not back until the 24th May!

Maria’s Tea Cakes
If you haven’t already been to the market and sampled one of Maria’s cakes then you definitely need to come along this week. Maria sells a large selection of the most outstanding cakes, ranging from blueberry cheesecake to a moist walnut and courgette baked delight. You are also spoilt for choice with her variety of brownies, these include: plain, peanut butter, marshmallow, cranberry and fudge. So make sure you get to the market early before she sells out!
Batchfarm Cheese Makers
We have a superb selection of cheeses this week. Laurence from BatchFarm Cheese Makers will be joining us on Sunday, so you can come along and complete your cheeseboard….choose a couple of West Country Cheddars, add a Double Gloucester and Red Leicester alongside a Stilton, a Dorset Blue Vinney, and perhaps a West Country Goat’s cheese. Perfection!
