This Sunday Wakelins are stocking the delicious and rare Hawaiian Kona coffee bean.

Kona Coffee is gourmet coffee grown only one place in the world… on the Island of Hawaii along the golden Kona Coast, on a very small number of Kona coffee farms.  A very superior quality coffee with a mild, smooth taste. It has a deliciously rich flavour, full body and fine aroma with fine acidity. Known for its sweet chocolatey aftertaste. This rare to find coffee is a must this Sunday so head to Wakelins of Hitchin to find out more!

Don’t forget, our very own Bike Boutique also stock Wakelins coffee so you can grab yourself a cup of their great roast every Sunday.

Dees Pies

Dees P

Dee stocks the most amazing pies and he brings them to you at The Sidings every Sunday!  Loved by the likes of Chris Evans and Tom Hardy and with a number of winning pies in The Taste Awards, once you’ve tasted them you’ll understand why.

A winner of 2 gold stars at the Great Taste Awards is their Chicken and Chorizo:-  Chunks of chicken, with spiced chorizo, smoked paprika, garlic and herbs encased in a thin short crust pastry, or if you would prefer a vegetable option, try their 2 gold star winner, Aubergine and Squash:- Roasted aubergine, squash and red onion teamed with somerset goats cheese and again encased in a thin short crust pastry.

Get to The Sidings and grab a sample today…….we guarantee that Dees Pies will become a firm favourite with your family!

Marsh Produce Limited

cheese

Marsh Farm are known to our regulars as providing top quality meats, however, for a limited time Marsh Farm will also be proving The Sidings with some delicious locally produced cheeses.  Here are some of the great flavours you can pick up this Sunday:-

Scrumpy Sussex:- An unpasteurised distinctive cheese that has garlic, cider and herbs gently blended with the curd so that when the maturation of the cheese takes place the added ingredients have time to infuse their distinctive zingy flavours.

Kentish Blue:- A blue veined cow’s milk cheese that becomes pungent with age. Creamy and moist with a mellow and long lasting flavour.

Sister Sarah:- A medium strength semi-soft goat milk cheese.  The milk is from a small herd of well fed goats in kent.  A delicious cheese without the ‘goatiness’ of some goat cheeses.

Olde Sussex:- Aged for 5 months, it has a deep, rich, creamy and rather tangy flavour.  It is a complex cheese with a mid-blue natural rind that gives it a wonderfully earthy flavour.

These are just a small selection of cheeses that are available this Sunday.  Make sure you come along and check out the other varieties available.

Grab your friends and family and head to The Sidings this weekend for the best way to spend a Sunday morning!
