Chef Tim De La Cruz who was a former contestant in Masterchef The Professional 2015, is originally from the Philippines and has worked as Head Chef for the renowned Jason Atherton. He is now the new Head Chef in ‘The Winchmore’ and he is looking forward to introducing a lot of Filipino flavour and flair to their menu.
10:30am:- Tim will be cooking up a slow cooked egg with potatoes 3 ways and white truffle.
12:45pm:-There will be a delicious hake dish served with potato, chorizo and spiced roasted carrots.
