This Sunday we urge you to try their delicious ham, Jambon Blac, which is made according to the French charcuterie recipe.  It is delicately spiced, slowly cooked in its own juices and wrapped in its skin.  The result is a refined taste with a low sodium content – a definite plus for today’s health conscious market . Team this with some of their Celeri Remoulade (celeriac with French Mayonnaise) and you have a tasty little starter!

Also available from La Fromagerie is their excellent selection of cheeses, cured sausages and tasty duck products.
