They also have cured meats, salami, pâté’s, sausages, condiments and more to tempt you. Our favourite is the traditionally baked cheesecake which tastes bloomin’ fabulous! Spanish charcutier and friendly family run business, The Ojos Foods, will be encouraging you to sample a range of cured meats from Jamon Serrano (dry-cured ham), Celina de Leon el Buey (cured beef) to spicy chorizo. Plus pick up some pimentón (smoked paprika) to make Spiced Roasted Carrot Dip, the recipe is detailed below. All products are made using natural ingredients sourced from Spain.
